1. Shipping Coverage

DrCarpys currently ships to:

  • United Kingdom
  • France

International delivery is only available to these regions at this time.

International Shipping Information

International orders may be subject to:

  • Longer delivery times
  • Customs inspection procedures
  • Import duties, taxes or local charges imposed by the destination country

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes or international transport restrictions.

Courier Services

International shipments may be fulfilled using appropriate courier partners depending on destination requirements.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

2. Delivery Services

Orders are fulfilled using trusted UK courier partners, which may include:

  • Royal Mail
  • DPD
  • Evri
  • Yodel

Courier selection is determined by order size, weight and operational requirements.

3. Shipping Method

All orders are dispatched using our standard shipping service.

We do not currently offer guaranteed express or next-day delivery services.

4. Processing and Delivery Times

  • Orders are normally processed within 2 working days of receipt.
  • Estimated delivery time is 4–6 working days after dispatch.

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers will receive tracking information by email once their order has been dispatched.

During peak trading periods, including bank holidays and promotional events, processing and delivery times may be extended.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: £4.99
  • Free Delivery: Available on orders over £25

6. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email once the order has been dispatched.

If you have not received tracking information, please check your spam or promotional email folders before contacting customer support.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • You must provide your order number and photographic evidence where applicable.

Where a parcel is confirmed as lost or damaged in transit, we will, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or refund.

DrCarpys & NwBait Lab Limited is not liable for losses caused by courier delays, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • The correct delivery address is provided
  • The delivery location is secure

We are not liable for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
